Customer Support & Order Entry Specialist
Remote | Full-Time | Salary based on experience

BINA is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to support our growing architectural lighting business. This is a non-sales role focused on accurate order processing, customer communication, project quoting, support, and coordination through NetSuite.

What You'll Do

Enter and manage customer orders in NetSuite.
Support customers, sales reps, and internal team members with order status, lead times, and shipment updates.
Review purchase orders for accuracyCoordinate with factories, logistics, and internal departments.
Maintain accurate customer, item, and project records.
Help resolve order, shipping, and documentation issuesProvide quotes and project support.

Requirements

3+ years of lighting industry experience required.
Customer support, order entry, or inside operations experience
NetSuite experience strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and follow-through is a must.
Professional written and verbal communication.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote role.
Must have a sense of urgency and be responsive to all customer needs and inquiries.

Compensation

This is a full-time remote position Compensation will depend on lighting experience, NetSuite knowledge, and overall qualifications.
